Bill is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of general management, and performance and brand marketing experience across both high-growth startups and established businesses.

Currently Bill is Chief Operating Officer at Vivian Health, the leading marketplace for health care jobs. Previously Bill was the Chief Marketing Officer At Rover.com, the world’s largest online marketplace for pet care, where he helped lead the company through its 2021 IPO. He previously oversaw marketing for the Sears Holdings Corporation, and Walgreen’s Drugstore.com and VisionDirect.com, where he contributed to the turnaround of the once struggling contact lens business, helping the company achieve 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit top line growth. 

Bill holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
