Andrew Tsui is a veteran executive search and human resources consultant. He has spent four decades in the Asia-Pacific region identifying and placing talent for boards, CEOs and core members of the management team. He most recently served as Chairman of Korn/Ferry Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, where he played a key role in the firm’s board and CEO advisory work and provided strategic people advisory services to listed companies, industrial and commercial enterprises, financial institutions, public bodies and non-profit organizations.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 1996, Andrew spent ten years with another top-five global senior executive search and advisory firm, where he served as Head of Financial Services and Co-Head of Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, he worked on the front line of finance as Vice President at Irving Trust Company (now Bank of New York) and was Financial Controller at Sun Hung Kai Securities (then co-owned by Merrill Lynch & Banque Paribas). He was with PWC in North America and Greater China. Andrew graduated from the University of Hong Kong and is a CPA in both Hong Kong and Canada. He has served as an independent director and external adviser to listed as well as private companies.
